When I was looking to purchase a home, I would have wanted anyone else. Sean is extremely professional, overly proficient and his customers are his top priority by far!! In the process of purchasing a home he seemed to workday and night to make everything happen. This made for the simplest process in home buying. I am unable to express enough my satisfaction with Sean and would NEVER think of using anyone else in Yuma. If you are looking for a home let Sean handle everything for you which would result in the simplest home buying experience! I also relocated for work and reached out to Sean to sell our home and he was able to align everything to make it simple on our schedule and had the home sold in a matter of hours while being able to weed out the "snooper" and get right down to the serious buyers. ZillowVERIFIED Sean Allen has ripped me off from my deposit. I have moved out for 6 months and still have not received my deposit. I also had many issues with his rental property that were never resolved. The toilet that was malfunctioned never got fixed for months. The pool service I received was beyond subpar, I mean the water turned green. But what I will tell you is he is very quick to remind you about your payment. The rental experience with this person has been nothing but a headache. At times during my lease, I just kept to myself because I knew it would never get fixed anyway.
