ZillowVERIFIEDI cant recommend Scott Webb enough. We worked with him for 2 years. During this time we explored purchasing an already built home as well as purchasing land for new construction. Scott has a lot of local knowledge. He knew the history of properties (more than just sale history) as well as of individual neighborhoods. He identified potential concerns of the properties we were considering. When exploring new construction, he knew the ins and outs of financing, lot prep and contractors. I also trusted his assessment of our existing home. He would not inflate the value of your current home nor inflate the value of a property to try to get you to make a purchase. He worked tirelessly to help us in our search and never became impatient with our questions. He will treat you like a close friend.
