Scott was exceptionally patient as we debated our options. But when it came time to negotiate, he was like a bulldog with a bone. He has a keen eye for details and really showed his value throughout the process and helped us keep the whole thing moving. There were several hiccups that were out of his control, and because we were out of state for most of this, he was able to organize all of the details to make sure we were able to close smoothly.
