ZillowVERIFIEDScott was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and knows exactly what to look for and what you may be missing when looking at a house. As a first time homebuyer, this was a foreign process with so many unknowns. Scott helped us navigate this process and made us feel confident in buying our first home.

ZillowVERIFIED Words cannot express the gratitude that my sister, nephew and I have for Scott Wallace on helping us sell our home so quickly and professionally. Every step of the way, Scott was there to help us with marketing, listing and any other questions that we had. From the initial meeting to the open house to the closing date, the process was seamless. Then when it came to finding a new house, Scott teamed up with another agent, Ann Turner, who again was amazing and helped us get into with many private showings to find the perfect house. Without the assistance of these two agents, the stress of selling and buying a house would have been escalated. Thank you again to Scott and Ann and we look forward to continuing a friendship for years to come! - Melissa, Erin and Jameson

ZillowVERIFIED Scott was an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in search of finding a new home. Scott helped me find a co-op in Rockville Centre. He began looking at places with me in April and continued looking through September. Scott knew exactly what I was looking for, and never pressured me into seeing an apartment that did not fit my criteria. He was extremely patient, available at all times, and never gave up on finding me the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott is an excellent realtor. I met him at an open house and I was immediately impressed with his professionalism and willingness to help. I told him, specifically, what I was looking for, and he quickly came back to me with a list of homes that met my criteria. It only took two weekends to find exactly the home that I wanted. Our bid was accepted. There was one hiccup in our process, which Scott handled quickly and effectively. As I was driving to my inspection, the seller informed us that there was another offer and they wanted me to increase my bid. Scott calmly reminded the seller's agent that we had a deal, and that I had the cash down payment and could move quickly. That did the trick - we got the home for my original bid. We recommend Scott whole-heartedly.

ZillowVERIFIED We had an excellent experience selling our Victorian Rockville Centre, NY home with Scott Wallace. Our first visit was warm and cordial, and we were immediately at ease knowing we had chosen the right realtor. As the weeks progressed, Scott kept in constant touch with us and was always available by cell phone for our questions. Our buyers had a problem with delays with their bank resulting in a few weeks of turmoil. Scott was always understanding and able to keep us as informed as possible communicating with the buyer's realtor. He was kind, compassionate and knowledgeable. We recommend him highly and would be happy to be a reference for future customers.

ZillowVERIFIED We listed our house with Scott Wallace at Exit Links and within 2 days of listing the house on the market, he had showings lined up through the following weeks. He was excellent at pointing out the positive aspects of the house and highlighted the potential the house had for various types of buyers (income potential/converting from 2 to 1 family/extended family, etc.) He was extremely professional and his responsiveness was unparalleled. He offered suggestions for how to attract more potential buyers and always kept our best interest at heart. We were extremely comfortable with him showing our house while we were out of town or at work, and he worked tirelessly until we got our home sold at a price we were comfortable with. I would highly recommend Scott to any of my family and friends.

ZillowVERIFIED I spoke with a number of agents regarding the sale of my property. Scott was the only one who did more than just walk around, ask what I wanted to sell for and then leave. He sat down and went through the entire process, discussed strategy and addressed all my concerns. Scott worked diligently from the start to present my home through amazing photographs and open houses. Not only did he sell my property quickly, he was able to rent it out, generating income while looking for a solid buyer. From the first meeting, Scott prided himself on his communication with clients. Scott exceeded my expectations as we were in constant communication every step of the way. Whether you are looking to rent or sell your property, you must meet Scott, as I am confident he is one of the top agents in the area.

ZillowVERIFIED We were first-time home buyers and have a great experience with Scott. He listened to our needs, and showed us exactly the kinds of houses we were interested in. He also seemed to genuinely care about our search, and was able to reassure us when we were confused or tired of figuring out what we wanted, and guide us through the very complicated process of buying a house. I would highly recommend him.

ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Scott Wallace for about 4 months to acquire our house. We met him at one of his listings and later decided that we wanted to work with him so we hired him as our buyer's agent. Scott is a very helpful and responsive agent, he is also very honest and never tried to do a hard sell and push us into buying any property. This was our first house purchase so we asked many questions and always had an instantaneous response. Scott had no problem answering the myriad of questions posed any time of day and night and made himself available through phone, email, and text which is important in our digital age. He was always available to show us listings at our convenience. He was also very helpful in the negotiation when we found our house, as well as navigating the various nuances of the home buying process. Scott even helped facilitate the mortgage process by taking pictures of the house for insurance purposes when neither of us were available to do it. All in all, if you are looking for a helpful, friendly, honest, open minded agent who will not hesitate to answer any questions and meet with you anytime to show a listing and do what it takes to get the job done, Scott is the agent for you.
