He is confident and reassuring, which made the process of selling a home while living out of state much easier, and it did not seem like there was any distance between us. When describing Scott's character their justification was, "There's just something about him. You can tell he's a good guy. That he cares." He does his homework and gets you the best options in your area of interest. He showed us all the houses we wanted to see. He showed us a bunch of properties before we found the right one. We actually met with another agent before Scott, but he tried to push the sale on the FIRST HOUSE we saw. So we were very lucky that Scott called us back.It is usually hard for me to trust people. But after the first week of looking at houses with Scott, it was hard not to trust him. He was knowledgeable about the houses that we were looking at. He will tell you that a house is over priced, even with the owner in the other room.
