Scott was a tremendous asset to us during our home sale. He is very communicative and explains all variables in a manner that can be easily digested by folks who may not understand the intricate and complex process of selling a home. His follow-up is very timely and specific. We found he is open to any and all ideas, but explain the pro's and con's of each path so you can make an informed decision. The preparation, listing, photography and marketing processes were all efficient and collaborative. Once on the market he kept us updated in a very timely manner so at any time we were aware of the status of our listing. The same clear and in-depth communication continued through the offer process. We ended up with 28 showings and 12 offers due to his strategy of posting a deadline for final and best offers based on the market conditions. During the offer review process he provided a detailed comparison of all offers and was able to rank the top 3 offers. This approach made it clear which was the best offer to accept for our situation. After offer acceptance he maintained close contact and updates through the attorney review, inspection and due diligence period. Of great value were his recommendation for vendors, real estate attorneys and other support areas that saved us the time and effort to research these needs. We also found that when he referred you to someone, it carried value with them based on his relationships and networking. We got issues handled in hours or days that would have taken weeks had we been fending for ourselves. His added value cannot be understated. In summary, Scott is a very professional and successful real estate agent due to his job knowledge, communications skills and personality. We went through two offer processes with Scott. We began with him in March25 and closed by end of May25. I believe Scott put us in position to win both homes, though we had cold feet on the first (great decision). The market was difficult, seller friendly, Scott moved fast for us on ultimately the offer that won our home, that speed put us in great position to win.
