Having worked in broadcast media for over two decades, I will be the first to tell you that communication is the key to everything in life. If you are buying or selling a property, it is extremely important to receive solid communication along with expert market knowledge. Scott did not miss a beat when it comes to the ENTIRE purchasing process. His knowledge is by far 2nd to none and he will guide you every step of the way making sure youre comfortable and understanding of every situation. He also has the most amazing knack for making you feel like you are the only person he is even working with! He responds to you with a sense of urgency that you just dont get anymore these days. Scott did a great job. We hadn't sold a home in decades and were unfamiliar with how the process works today. He was the consummate professional and came to our first visit prepared. He gave us a professional overview of our home's marketability, and his suggested price including an explanation why he gave us the number he did. We settled on something a little higher and he went to work. He always called/texted back immediately, always took action when we needed it, arranged for all of the puzzle pieces for us and managed the process from start to finish. My only regret is that I wish I had gotten this review written earlier, but moving is such a busy process. We highly recommend Scott.
