It started with a face to face meeting where the process of buying a house was explained, and as someone who had not done it before that was a huge relief to know and understand what was to come and exactly how to get it done. From there he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Within a few short conversations he had all the houses in our area narrowed down to the few that I would be interested in.The tour and offer process was just as smooth. Every house we had intentions of touring we got in to and had all the information on the house ready and waiting. Scott was extremely accommodating with his calendar to match ours, which was pivotal when we started the offer process on our house. When we decided on the house we were looking to buy, our offer was in that afternoon. I currently live in SD so the sale wasn't going to be easy for me to be present or available for many of the little things that go on during a sale. I was at the house for a long weekend to take care of many of the small tasks needed to sell it and when I was getting close to finishing I called Scott via finding him on an internet search. He came that same day to discuss things and get everything ready to go which was greatly appreciated. Throughout the sales process he kept in great contact with me regarding what was going on.What I most appreciated was his consistent going beyond expectations and stopping by the house to check on it, performing a few small tasks that I couldn't due to the distance, and coordinating between all parties involved. Working with Scott to find a home in Sartell MN was the best decision that I made and really set up our move to the area for success. I told Scott that I needed to find a house in a day. I was on a extremely tight time window as I had to get my children in enrolled in school in this same visit. Scott and I worked closely together prior to me even coming to MN to do the actual house hunt. I was totally impressed, we viewed 9 homes in a matter of a couple hours. Scott had all of my showings timed perfectly. By the evening of the first day- I had a house under contract and was able to take my purchase agreement and get our children enrolled in school.
