We were encouraged to know that Scott had multiple experiences with working closely with non-owners.Scott explained the sale process to the daughter and from that point forward all questions and issues were addressed by our group. Scott informed us of the MLS and a new option. Scott setup in the MLS a broadcast to notify buyers and realtors that a home for sale was coming soon. As soon as that happened, Scott told us he had calls from interested realtors.Scott sold the home without having to have a MLS listing. We were shocked. I guess the market conditions were such that we had great timing.Scott coordinated the process via phone calls and emails. The sale went smoothly. Our daughter was available to Scott to answer all questions and before we knew it Closing was set.The buyers attorneys mailed the Closing documents to us and we returned as requested.
