My wife and I had not required a real estate agent in 32 years, when we bought our first house. When a house we have been eyeing for 15 years went on the market, we had to move quickly. I literally did a google search "best real estate agents in Columbus, OH", and Scott was at the top of the list. Having not been in the house hunting game for decades, we needed someone to do some hand-holding with us through everything, and Scott was just fantastic. He was very patient with us and explained everything that would happen, and gave us great advice every step of the way. There was never a question that he was an advocate for us, and only us in this transaction. He answered emails, texts, and voice mails extremely quickly, regardless of the day or the time. We tried not to take advantage of his ultra-availability, but there were a couple of times after hours we had a question, and there he was. Scott's guidance, along with having a fantastic seller, made our home purchase very smooth. Needless to say, Scott will be representing us to sell our former house. I can't recommend him highly enough.
