My wife and I had not required a real estate agent in 32 years, when we bought our first house. When a house we have been eyeing for 15 years went on the market, we had to move quickly. I literally did a google search "best real estate agents in Columbus, OH", and Scott was at the top of the list. Having not been in the house hunting game for decades, we needed someone to do some hand-holding with us through everything, and Scott was just fantastic. He was very patient with us and explained everything that would happen, and gave us great advice every step of the way. There was never a question that he was an advocate for us, and only us in this transaction. He answered emails, texts, and voice mails extremely quickly, regardless of the day or the time. We tried not to take advantage of his ultra-availability, but there were a couple of times after hours we had a question, and there he was. Scott's guidance, along with having a fantastic seller, made our home purchase very smooth. Needless to say, Scott will be representing us to sell our former house. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Scott was a consummate professional throughout the sale of our home in Powell. From our first time meeting Scott, we were sure he was the realtor to work with. My husband and I were relocating out of Columbus OH for a new job on the east coast. We needed to vacate the property before the sale of our home and were quite concerned about having a realtor who would be able to keep an eye on the property. Not only did Scott easily surpass expectations in that regard, but he also upkept the property as well - doing some landscaping and some modifications to parts of our home that needed fixing. He also met with us several times leading up to the sale of our home and provided frank and clear advice about investments we could make early on that would add significant amounts of value to our home when we listed it. Since many of the upgrades were being done after we had moved out, Scott stopped by to check on the contractors throughout the renovation process - ensuring that all of the projects were being done correctly and completely. He was also very easy to get in touch with. Whenever we had a question (or needed some reassurance to calm our nerves ... ) Scott always promptly replied. When it came time to list our home and sell it, he knew exactly what we needed to do in order to generate interest and offers. Our home was only on the market about 3 days before it sold - and in a market that was beginning to tighten up due to interest rates, that is no small feat. Scott is an expert who loves the industry and knows the Columbus (and mid Ohio) area extremely well. We cannot recommend Scott enough if you are purchasing or selling a home in the Columbus OH metropolitan area.
