ZillowVERIFIED Scott was amazing! As first time homebuyers, we were very unsure about the process and what we were looking for when it came to buying a house. We got connected with Scott, and from the start he was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. He helped us through the whole process with any questions we had, and there were a lot of them. I would 100% recommend working with him, and will definitely tell any friends/family looking to buy in the area!

ZillowVERIFIED Scott was very knowledgeable about the areas. He asked us what we were looking for in a house, and gave his professional opinion on each house we looked at until we found the right one. He helped us thru the process of dealing with the lenders, the service people and the lawyers and advised us on what to negotiate on, but left the decision making to us. We would highly recommend him to first time home buyers or anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott had a great challenge with us through the pandemic to establish a great work relationship and he did an excellent job. He has great patience and is very reliable to ask any questions. He was very empathetic from our situation not being from the area and gave us all the information needed to make a great decision. He also looked out for our best interests and always does it in a very professional manner. On the plus side he also has a great sense of humor and is fun to work with at any time of the day. We highly recommend Scott to anyone looking to work with someone who will partner you with an amazing team to get you your dream home.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott Richards is true professional. I was selling a lot of land in Greene County that I had on the market for years. Scott got it sold. It also wasn't a huge commission property but Scott never made me feel that way. He was passionate and enthusiastic. He did a great job marketing the property and kept me in the loop throughout the process. I would highly recommend Scott and look forward to working with him again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED Nervous about buying your first home? We certainly were until we were lucky enough to meet Scott in our search for a home in Catskill, NY. He is an incredibly kind, hardworking and honest agent. From viewing homes to ultimately closing, he was there every step of the way. Have a question? Your answer is a text away. Need a document? Check your email. DONE. We were incredibly fortunate to have Scott as our realtor and will never forget all the hard work and support he provided us in purchasing our first home. If we ever decide to purchase another property, without a doubt, Scott will be the first we will work with. Thank you very much!

ZillowVERIFIED Scott is very knowledgable of the area in which we were looking to buy a home, particularly Greene County. I'd give him an address and he could tell me the pros and cons, so honest. If he had never been to the home, he made sure he still got information from the selling agent and reported back to us. He wasnt just trying to make a sale, he wanted us to have the home we fell in love with and it happened. We cannot say thank you enough for all he did at the front end and through the contract and closing process.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott worked with us to sell a lot at Sleepy Hollow Lake Estates in Athens/Coxsackie N.Y. The sale was not an easy one and Scott worked to reach out to the neighbor whom had an easement issue on our property. The sale worked because of Scott's hard work and negotiating skills to bring the neighbor to the table with us. He is dedicated and a consumate professional in the real estate profession.

He really went above and beyond to get us in the right place and worked with us to navigate through the maze of home buying. ZillowVERIFIED Scott was wonderfully patient and kind through our entire home buying process. He was always right there to answer my questions and if he couldn't answer them he got me to the right person that could. It took us almost a full year to find the home we were looking for in our range and community we wished but we did it and we LOVE our home and OUR AGENT! Thank you Scott for always being at my obnoxious beck-and-call and being such a wonderful person and agent! Truly a great man!

ZillowVERIFIED I found Scott through the internet to list a piece of vacant property we owned. Within a very short amount of time, we listed the vacant lot and Scott sold it. I believe within a two week period. Since we were out of state, he gave us a name of an attorney to handle the closing and it all worked out.
