I reached out to Scott as an active investor looking for simple offer submission support in Fort Wayne. I was upfront about not using a buyers agent but offered to route future business and referrals in return for a light lift aEUR" something several other agents in the area have no issue doing. Unfortunately, Scott responded with a dismissive tone and showed no interest in understanding the strategy or building a longer-term relationship. If youre looking for a collaborative or investor-friendly agent, Id recommend exploring other options.
