When looking at each house he would point out things we should worry about which made me feel comfortable. Anytime we needed someone for the septic, foundation, roof, refinishing hardwood floors he referred the right guy for the job. You really want someone that will take his time, be knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and who's not pushy.
