ZillowAdam found us a great house at a huge value!! Always responsive and very helpful throughout the closing process for us as first time home buyers. Would highly recommend Adam & Team Panella to anyone!
ZillowScott handled the sale of my late Mothers house. He was oustanding and went above and beyond what was required. The sale was completed in much less time than anticipated and at a price above the asking price. Couldnt be more pleased.
ZillowScotts recommendations were exactly spot on. They saved the family a substantial amount of money on improvements that would not have been recovered in the sale price. Scotts sale price estimates and potential buyer offers were exactly what were received. There were no surprises when the offers were made. We had outstanding results from putting the house on the market. We received offers immediately and our father was elated with the selling offer. Scott will be our only realtor forever !!!!
ZillowI am a retired real estate broker, so I personally know what services to expect from a good agent to provide during the listing and sales process. Scott Panella went way above our expectations. He told us what to expect, how to prepare our home for showing, and even helped us prepare and get ready for the traffic from other agents showing our home. Everything he told us in the listing/selling process came to frusion. We received the sale price we were willing to sell our home and price we were willing to pay fo r our new home. Scott is a top quality agent and person. He has become our friend.
ZillowScott was very helpful throughout the entire selling process of our house. He was able to get our listing online almost immediately. The pictures Scott took made our house were amazing and drove traffic almost immediately for scheduled appointments. Within a very short time frame we had multiple offers on our property. I was very impressed with the marketing efforts that Scott executed in selling our home. He was able to negotiate very effectively and we were very pleased with the final agreement. If you are buying or selling a home, I would absolutely recommend Scott Panella to guide you through the process! Kirk
ZillowScott is a fantastic realtor. His knowledge of the process of the ins and outs of home buying are second to none! He worked with me while I was out of the country for a week to keep things rolling to get the house ready to close, contacted trusted contractors to do the needed repairs to close and kept me updated along the way extremely well.
ZillowScott Panella is absolutely wonderful to work with. I have personally worked with him now on three different occasions (buying, building and selling in 2007, 2013, and 2014) and have had an amazing experience each time. He is very knowledgeable in the market area and works extremely hard to provide his clients with the best service possible. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a fabulous realtor.
ZillowScott knows real estate inside and out. He and his team are very professional and possess a tremendous level of knowledge about the industry, trends, pricing, negotiating, and simply taking great care of customers. Working with Scott and his team gave me great comfort and confidence as they were in control of every detail along the way. Always hard working, attentive, and responsive. Would recommend to anyone.
ZillowThis was our first move in 30 years so we had a lot to learn about the real estate market and Scott was very patient and helpful. Scott suggested a sale price and we agreed to it. Our house sold within two days and we thought we had priced our home too low but trusted Scott since he knew the real estate market. Pricing our home too low may have been the case since we initially were offered $5,000 more than the asking price and eventually selling to another couple for $2,000 above the asking price. Regardless, Scott was knowledgeable, pleasant and had a team approach for us in buying a new home and selling our present home.
ZillowI have worked with Scott and his team as our family Realtor for several years. He is an honest person who works hard for his clients. Scotts team is very efficient and diligent in handling the paperwork, communicating current status, and dealing with other technical aspects our our transactions. Team Panella also utilizes technology to large extent, with tools that help make it easier for customers to schedule appointments/viewings, sign documents with eSignature, and search tools that make it easier to find a home. - Lance Dudley
