Review We selected Scott Oyler from Oyler Hines to assist with the sale of our home in Madeira, OH located on Oakvista Drive. Scott and his team far exceeded our expectations, and we could not be more pleased. This team is made up of experts in each area that work together seamlessly to provide amazing results. To recap our experience, here are some of the highlights. - Market Knowledge - Scott provided extensive research about the current market and presented alternative strategies for selling our home. We ended up choosing to price in the middle of the range where Scott believed we would receive multiple offers to drive up the price. - Staging & Marketing - Two team members arrived to help stage our home and add some nice touches to improve the overall look for our house. This was done quickly before the photographer arrived. The pictures were top notch making our house look tremendous. The Oyler/Hines for sale sign is first class and provided a very classy upscale feel to the house. The house was listed as Coming Soon on a Friday with an open house scheduled the following day. This was advertised on all platforms, and targeted emails were sent to potential buyers showing interest in Madeira. This resulted in 13 scheduled showings, over 50 visitors at the open house, and 4 offers, all in the first day. - Negotiation - Scott broke down the 4 offers for us in a format that made it easy to compare. He suggested alternatives to drive the price up and to bring the sale to a speedy conclusion. We set a deadline for under 24 hours to receive final best offers. The house sold for $45K above asking price, with the inspection waived, gap insurance for sale price to appraisal value, and allowing us to stay 1 month after closing. -Sale Pending to Sold - Another team member took the lead for the process of getting through closing. She was an extremely professional and personable team member. She was ?On It? ensuring both sides got everything done for closing. In conclusion, our experience with Oyler Hines was nothing short of spectacular. We got everything we wanted out of the sale in a hassle free enjoyable experience. We have already recommended them to several people. We believe they are the best realtor team in Cincinnati!

Review Very bad experience. We not even came close tho the estimated selling price. I had the feeling everything was to expensive (invitations, open house) and was only performed after I pushed. The worst of all was that the company made a mistake in the closing and I had to pay back money. Not only this, but also the company was not able to locate my payment, therefore they threatened me with legal consequences. I strongly recommend not using this agent.

Review Great selling and buying experience using Oyler Hines. Laura and Scott did a phenomenal job. We bought during a difficult time where housing supply was low and interest rates were high. Their team helped us navigate these hurdles and look at several homes in the Madeira, Montgomery, Blue Ash and Indian Hill areas. We finally found what we were looking for near Montgomery in the Remington/Indian Hill area. A special shout out to Quinn who patiently showed us a few homes several times and waited at around our new home many times with our kids running all over. We love our new home and couldnt be happier. When it came to selling, Scott was very knowledgable about the best way to list, price, and prep our prior house in Madeira for sale. The selling process went very well. Tina was also super helpful as far as arranging closing for both homes. We highly recommend this team for all your buying and selling needs!

He gave us a video review of the properties and made special attention to details that are especially important for out of town buyers that are not there to view the properties with my own eyes. Brices background allows him to highlight structural details of the property that important to know for properties that are 100 years old. We are very happy with the house we purchased. Review Brice Allen is the best real estate agent anyone could possibly ever want. When I met him at an Open House in Loveland in early January, 2020, I knew I had found my guy. He listened well, worked efficiently, was super personable, and found me a perfect-for-me house in the absolute ideal location. Recently, (November 2022) when I sold to move out of state and be closer to family, he and the team did a phenomenal job with the process. I sold over listing price for a nice profit after 47 showings in two days. From the design and staging coaching, to the professional photography, to the responsive marketing writers, to the solid step-by-step closer, Oyler Hines has everything covered to make the process of selling as smooth and stress-free as possible. Brice was fantastic. He managed the listing team member roles, answered even my silliest questions, and took me through a measured process to choose between my nine offers. My one sadness is that I dont have a hundred homes for him to sell. I tell ALL my Ohio friends to seek him out when theyre ready to move.
