After the exchanging of their vows in June of 2002, Scott and Lora made the monumental decision to own and operate their own real estate company; thus the conception of Colorado Real Estate which became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Colorado Real Estate in 2017. Their unsurpassable belief in family, balance and contribution quickly created a culture that became exclusive to the industry and continues to attract clients and real estate professionals that share in the same philosophy. Scott was born into an entrepreneurial family and came into adulthood owning his own construction business. He worked closely with his father in building major highways, fish hatcheries, and housing developments. Through this close-knit relationship he learned the great qualities of being a true businessman that are so often overlooked; honesty, integrity, dedication and loyalty. It was a natural progression for him to sell real estate rather than build it. For 17 years he worked diligently to educate his clients on the purchasing and selling of real estate. Scott's knowledge and experience of the ever-changing real estate market along with his focused, determined drive for mutual and balanced success has always been a substantial contribution to all of those who work with him. Lora came into real estate after much hard and determined work in many differing fields. Through these experiences she learned that good, honest service is the one commodity that most people appreciate yet do not easily find. After spending many years searching for the field in which she could make a positive impact on those around her, she found herself working as a paralegal and although this work was rewarding it left her wanting and needing more. With the majority of her paralegal experience being in the area of real estate contracts it was a natural attraction to sell real estate. She is a hard-working, distinguished realtor who prides herself on her negotiation skills, her continuous quest for knowledge and her persistence. For 10 years she has been dedicated to the interest of her clients and fellow real estate professionals, always keeping a strong focus on honesty and integrity, always enjoying each person and situation as presented.
