What a great team! Ron and Michele helped us through the entire process of selling our home, even bringing some of their own decorations to help us stage it properly. Latonya is a champ. She is a joy to work with, and a real pro. The property was listed and marketed beautifully and I love the complementary home cleaning and drone fly-through photos and video that were part of her standard package. I listed on a Friday and received an offer at net ask on Sunday, in this market (days on market is currently between 60-70 days i believe). We closed in 3 weeks with no hick-ups. I would be remissed if i didn't mention how on top of it her team was with answering questions and coordinating paperwork and transaction processing. I highly recommend Latonya and the New Padd for all of your realty needs.
