ZillowVERIFIED Scott Newton is your guy. As real estate investors, we buy and sell real estate fairly frequently. We therefore deal with many different agents in several different states. We have dealt with some truly amazing agents and Scott is one of the keepers. He is knowledgeable (grew up here!!), very attentive to what we wanted and very dedicated to finding it. There was a condo that had just gone on the MLS the morning we showed up. He took us right there as the thought it was a very good deal. It was beautiful, but who buys the first one they see? He showed us several more that day and the next day. We fell in love with one but Scott went over the numbers with us and it just didn't make sense to pay so much higher and we in fact offered and purchased the first one we saw. We are thrilled with the unit and he was instrumental in helping us talk to the HOAs at the different country clubs so we knew exactly what we were getting and getting into. Sunrise allows me to pass my owner equity membership to my tenants and guests which allows them to golf for the same as owners pay to golf. I like that. We are very happy with the condo we purchased and Scott was with us 100% of the way. Really going above and beyond. We met him when he showed us that first condo - but we hope to see him as a friend every time we visit Rancho Mirage. Thanks Scott!

After visiting friends in Palm Springs I decided it was the place that I would like to retire in a few years. Scott showed me the market and kept an eye out for just the right property. When he found the right property he was able to get me a short exclusive option to fly in and look at it. Scott wrote up an offer and it was accepted. At the time there was a tenant renting the property and Scott took care of all the lease details and managed the property for me until the tenant moved out. I highly recommend Scott if you are looking to buy or sell.

We would - and in fact already have - recommended him to a few friends. We looked at about 6 properties and even asked him to revisit one unit that we wanted to make an offer on.Scott was very patient, explained the pros and cons of a location, and was very knowledgeable of the areas we were interested in. We never felt rushed or obligated, and he always looked out for our best interest.As for responsiveness, it couldn't have been any better. For starters, we were able to reach Scott by email, phone, or text. And he responded within a couple of hours, and most of the time within minutes, day or night.We highly recommend using the people Scott deals with on a regular basis. They work great together as a team and things will go a lot smoother. We initially went with one of the big banks since we thought it would be more convenient, but after weeks of delay we regretted that decision and almost lost out on the condo we wanted. Scott was very understanding and patient, and helped us "roll with the punches".
