One of the greatest rewards of real estate is the opportunity to work with such a diverse range of people. I’ve had the pleasure of helping first-time buyers, seasoned investors, and luxury homeowners alike. Each client brings a unique story and set of goals — and tailoring my approach to meet those individual needs is one of the best parts of what I do.
One of my favorite recent transactions involved a luxury home in Rancho Mirage with stunning golf course and mountain views. The property had been on the market with another agent for months without success. After taking the listing, we refreshed the presentation — updated the marketing, photography, and positioning — and generated immediate interest. Within a short time, we secured a strong offer and closed smoothly above the seller’s expectations.
What made this transaction special was the collaboration and trust between myself, the seller, and the buyer’s agent. It was a true reminder that in luxury real estate, personalized strategy and clear communication make all the difference.
I actually began my real estate journey very early — I earned my license at 20 years old and started working in the business shortly after. At that age, I quickly realized that while I had the passion and drive, many clients weren’t yet ready to trust someone so young with such an important life decision.
Wanting to build a strong foundation, I stepped away and pursued my education, earning both my undergraduate degree and master's degree in Minnesota. That experience gave me valuable perspective, discipline, and professional maturity.
After graduating, I returned home to Rancho Mirage — where I was born and raised — to launch the second chapter of my real estate career here in the Coachella Valley. It feels incredibly rewarding to now guide clients in the very place I grew up, combining local knowledge, professional experience, and a genuine love for helping people build their life here in the desert.
