ZillowVERIFIEDWhen we met Scott, we were in a situation where we had less than 60 days to move from our current home, in other words he had less than 60 days to find us a house that we wanted And help us buy it! SCOTT did an excellent job in less than 60 days and we were ever to purchase the home that we wanted and then some we went from a two bedroom two bath to a four bedroom Two bath home with a perfect bonus sunroom, That my wife has since turned into a solarium because the sun comes in beautifully into that room for up to six hours she is so happy :-), and none of this wouldve been possible without Scott McFarland!!!! Thank you Scott for all the effort and all the knowledge you provided us, and teaching us how to make a good offer on a great house and come out on top!,,, To tell the truth weve been in our home for a week now and every morning we wake up and we are still so amazed and blessed that we are waking up in our home and not just A house! It wasnt easy because we were dealing with the VA, Scott mustve wrote about three different closing addendum aEUR~s, and it took a lot of effort on his part to keep the seller where we wanted them, The closing was flawless!.... We recommend SCOTT for all your Realty needs, call him hell get you the Home you need and then some!!! Thank you Scott McFarland Juan & Leigh Uribe

ZillowVERIFIEDScott showed us a number of waterfront listings and with his own research was able to find a property that was off market . We were very happy having him negotiate with the owner . There was quite a bit of remodeling to be done prior to closing and Scott personally over saw the process and reported details in. Timely professional manner. We love the results and could not be happier with our purchase .
ZillowVERIFIEDScott took the time to understand what we were looking for in a property.Offered many different places to look at and was quick to change plans/ideas when needed.Scott took the time to tour a new listing that popped up on Zillow for me as I was not in town. We did a face time tour so I could really see the house. He advised me that many had requested to see the property, so I could make a decision on an offer. All worked out and we bought the house.
ZillowVERIFIEDScott helped us for months to find the perfect home. He was super easy going and easy to work with. We especially appreciated how he was available at the drop of the hat which helped us in the final selection of our home as well as working into our busy day of looking with our "just one more house" requests. He made it possible to show us a new listing in 15 minutes, which is now the home we purchased with his help! When we travel from out of town each time to see him, his availability and willingness made him someone I would refer again and again.
