When we met Scott, we were in a situation where we had less than 60 days to move from our current home, in other words he had less than 60 days to find us a house that we wanted And help us buy it! SCOTT did an excellent job in less than 60 days and we were ever to purchase the home that we wanted and then some we went from a two bedroom two bath to a four bedroom Two bath home with a perfect bonus sunroom, That my wife has since turned into a solarium because the sun comes in beautifully into that room for up to six hours she is so happy :-), and none of this wouldve been possible without Scott McFarland!!!! It wasnt easy because we were dealing with the VA, Scott mustve wrote about three different closing addendum aEUR~s, and it took a lot of effort on his part to keep the seller where we wanted them, The closing was flawless!.... Scott showed us a number of waterfront listings and with his own research was able to find a property that was off market . We were very happy having him negotiate with the owner . Scott took the time to understand what we were looking for in a property.Offered many different places to look at and was quick to change plans/ideas when needed.Scott took the time to tour a new listing that popped up on Zillow for me as I was not in town. We did a face time tour so I could really see the house.He advised me that many had requested to see the property, so I could make a decision on an offer. All worked out and we bought the house.
