I worked with ProWise Realty LLC when I purchased a house that I flipped and was completely impressed with their professionalism. Scott made solid recommendations on the best house for me. He also listed the completed flip for me. The listing pictures were awesome. I was very happy to make a great profit when it sold. Scott couldn't have made our first time home buying any more amazing. He was beyond helpful in finding us the house we wanted. He never tried to upsell us or get us into something more expensive. We met Scott while walking through another open house. He was one of few that took the time to speak with us. As a young couple we had specific items in mind within a very specific budget. Scott took the time to show us multiple homes with patience and understanding. Scott would send us multiple homes each week that were new to the market for us to view. I found Scott while I was looking to purchase a new house. He was very professional, and took us to a few houses to narrow down what we wanted and get an idea of what he needed to be looking for. He was very knowledgable of the areas and kept in mind what our absolute wants were, and would send me info on houses that fit. As soon as the house we purchased came on the market, he got us in and we were able to make the offer and get the house! We also needed to sell our house, and we listed it with Scott. He made the process very easy, and gave us his insight into the market and recommendations so we could successfully list. He took amazing pictures, listed it, and was prepared to host an open house right away. Scott was always available when we reached out, and was diligent in the entire process of selling and purchasing. I would recommend him to anyone, as either a listing agent, or as a buying agent!

My name is Rich DiLallo and I am an Illinois attorney and the Branch Manager of the Hinsdale, Illinois Branch of American Fidelity Mortgage Services, Inc. At AFMSI we primarily assist Illinois and Wisconsin residents with, and arrange for, financing for individuals in connection with a wide variety of mortgage financing of their homes, including refinancings and, for the most part, new home purchases. Over the years I have worked with many in the real estate industry and have often been asked by clients to recommend a Realtor to assist them with selling their existing home as well as with their search for the purchase of a new home. And, while I have worked with many competent folks in the industry, I am only comfortable recommending Scott Kirschner to clients as a Realtor. I recommend Scott as a Realtor for several reasons. I have worked with him on many recent purchases and he is, of course, good at what he does (for example, either he just happens to work with the easiest sellers ever, or (and much more likely), he negotiates very aEURoebuyer friendlyaEUR? contracts in what has quickly become a sellers market). But, more importantly, I have seen Scott working with buyers (and sellers) and, unlike many of the other realtors I deal with, Scott remains involved and helpful throughout the process and actually works FOR his clients (I find that in my experience, so many realtors seem to just get the sales contract signed and then I never really hear from them again until they show up at the closing to get their commission check aEUR" Scott on the other hand, has demonstrated time and again that he is willing to continue to help find solutions to any number of typical difficulties that can turn up during the home selling and buying process). In addition, what I also find to be very helpful is that Scott actually responds to questions in a timely manner (I am continually amazed at how some people stay in business when its nearly impossible to get them on the phone and they either take days to get back to me or never respond at all). We were trying to sell our house in Kenosha, WI "by owner" for several months when Scott called us offering to list the house with his real estate company, ProWise Realty. Scott has a friendly and knowledgeable personality that we are comfortable with, so we decided to list the house with him. Within 1 week we had an offer that didn't work out but soon had a second offer that did. Scott had the house sold in about 90 days which didn't seem to be too long in today's market. We were happy with the service we received and have listed a second house in Janesville, WI with ProWise Realty.
