He is friendly, easygoing, and approachable which made us comfortable right away. After completing my Navy service in 2017, my partner and I moved to NJ from out of state and did not know the area well. Since I had accepted a position in the area already, we wanted to buy a home expeditiously since we were set to begin new jobs. Scott was patient, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. He took care to note all of our preferences and desired timeline, and then compiled us a list of homes to consider. He was mindful and respectful of our desired price range and location, and really made sure that he didn't waste any of our time with houses we wouldn't consider because they were either our of our budget or didn't meet our must-haves. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we were looking to buy in, and gave us a great deal of insight into the differences in location and potential benefits and downsides of each. Because Scott takes the time to get to know his clients, he was able to tailor his search to fit our needs. We narrowed down the selection that he had for us to a handful of very good options, and he made touring the homes we considered very convenient and efficient, while taking all the time we needed for questions and concerns. In between houses, he pointed out area landmarks and spots locals love which was a very nice touch. It gave us a feel for not just the houses, but also the neighborhoods. His 16 years of experience truly shows; he pointed out some things that we naive first-timers certainly would not have noticed. Scott was also very responsive - when we had questions throughout the buying process, he was always there to answer them. 5 stars. Absolutely would recommend. Consider your search for a reputable realtor complete!

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with Scott in the past and knew he was the realtor for me to sell my current home and buy my new one. Scott always knew the neighborhood and areas. If he didn't know an answer we asked he always found out. He always made himself available even at the last minute. There were a couple of instances where my husband and I drove past homes and wanted to see them. Scott was able to get us in same day. He helped us negotiate both deals, we even received full price on our sale!!!! He also helped us understand all of the issues with home inspection and made some recommendations that definitely eased our minds. We closed the house we purchased in less than 3 weeks. It was completely amazing that it all worked out and largely in part to Scott helping us along the way. I would highly recommend Scott for all your real estate needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Scott sold me my house in NJ 13 years ago and I had a favorable experience. I contacted Scott again to sell the house when I was ready to move. The house was on the market for over 2 years, and although I wasn't happy with Scott's efforts, I felt an obligation to stay with him. Scott was not very dedicated to selling my property, offered little advice or assistance and nearly scuttled the final deal when I did sell by allowing the buyers back in the house unsupervised. I attributed the poor service to some personal issues Scott was having and didn't want to pile on by firing him. The house finally sold and Scott got his full commission (despite the fact that my realtor friends said that I should argue for a reduction in his commission). Then, out of the blue, only several weeks after the closing, I received a nasty gram text from Scott without any explanation. My advice - Scott is a nice guy but appears to have some personal issues that he's struggling with. Heads up.

ZillowVERIFIED Mr. Kirk became my realtor to sell my home in Woodbridge, NJ during a time of deflating home pricing just after the real-estate market depression in 2009. I was also unfortunately going through a very bitter divorce of which contributed to the complexity of my situation. During all of these complications of my situation, Mr. Kirk was never stumped and always had multiple options of resolving each and every situation. It was very impressive to learn of Mr. Kirks extensive knowledge and experience with family court laws, his knowledge of my jobs human Resources policies, town and city codes, and just knowing how to talk to people. Mr. Kirk also isnt afraid to get his hands dirty to help clean up a mess to get things done. In the end my home was sold as quickly as my situation would allow while trusting the selling of my home to Mr. kirks very capable hands. This freed me up to work on my other pressing issues of my life. I cannot imagine working with a more knowledgeable real-estate agent other than Mr. Kirk. I want to thank Mr. Kirk for being so good at what he does, I really scored big!

After reviewing other agents, Me and my wife opted to go with Scott; the reason being he is knowledgeable with the area, very professional keeps you in loop and responds promptly to your communication. Scott and his team set up open house on both Saturdays and Sundays as much as possible. He took great interest in giving us the feedback from time to time. I didnt receive any offers for sale at this time of the year . Reason could be the house was on market for a short period. I decided to rent out the property. Scott was able to get us a tenant move in November 1st less than a Weeks time. He did the background check and completed the paper work promptly. We highly recommend working with him, his service is exceptional!
