Scott was always just a call, email or text away, immediately responding whenever needed. Starting at the beginning, Scott was amazing when it came to showing us houses. We had a relatively narrow window but Scott came up with multiple houses we would have been happy to call home. He was extremely flexible in being able to coordinate around our 9-5 office work schedule, meeting us on weekends and even on a holiday. He was knowledgeable about not only the houses themselves but the neighborhoods as well. We always felt like we knew enough information to make the right decision and were never guessing. We made offers on two different houses, and Scott was on top of the process every step of the way. He always kept us informed of the next steps, advised us on the best course of action, and we felt very confident knowing he was leading the way. Once we got deep into negotiations, Scott's excellent skills in that area shined and is the reason why we are in a house we love today. So many hurdles popped up that could have squashed the deal, and at times we thought it had. But Scott was able to come up with potential solutions which combined with his negotiation got us the place AND saved us money in the long run. All in all, we were very lucky to have Scott and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Not only were his professional skills top-notch and exactly what we needed in a very complicated back-and-forth, but he is a great guy. Super friendly, easy to work with, and so nice to my three-year old daughter who accompanied us on most of the househunting!
