Scott and Jan are outstanding realtors. They took total control of my buy from the home inspection to the repairs needed they were on top of everything. Great negotiators I saved 20k off the asking price. Quick in responding to questions, no time at all to get a call back from them. Good connections they referred the settlement lawyer and the home inspector and the repair man. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with them. Scott and Jan are at the top of the field by far here in Florida. Id highly recommend them anytime.
