We worked through the time difference, helped me when I flew out in January to look at homes and put up with our countless questions. Scott and Jan are outstanding realtors. They took total control of my buy from the home inspection to the repairs needed they were on top of everything. Great negotiators I saved 20k off the asking price. Quick in responding to questions, no time at all to get a call back from them. Good connections they referred the settlement lawyer and the home inspector and the repair man. From start to finish it was a pleasure working with them. Scott and Jan are at the top of the field by far here in Florida. Id highly recommend them anytime.
