Over 20 years ago, I started buying, selling, and renting homes. In addition to that, I was an independent insurance agent specializing in insuring Real Estate investors. I still hold my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. I first came to The Villages and Central Florida in 2004. When I decided to start the second half of my life, this paradise was an easy and natural decision. I have become a Multi Million Dollar Producer and recently named the Top Agent in 2015. I am currently closing over 1 million dollars in real estate every month! When working with a first time home buyer or a retiree that is nervous about making a major life change, it is very rewarding to help and advise them in making the proper choices for their next stage in life. Living in The Villages is unbelievable. This is the most active, healthy, lively, and friendly community in the world. I live an active lifestyle. I have completed 4 full Ironman Triathlons, ultra marathons, and several cycling tours. The Villages was an obvious choice with over 2500 clubs. There is something for everyone. I am involved with the cycling club, scuba club, water ski club, soccer club, and parrot head club to name a few. The Villages is an hour and a half drive to either coast; Orlando, Tampa, or St. Pete. There is never a shortage of things to do in Central Florida. Oh, and the number one reason for living in Florida...THE WEATHER, WEATHER, WEATHER!!!!!
