We would be remiss if we did not share with the world what an amazing experience we had selling my moms house in Leimert Park. Mom passed away earlier this year after living in her 1938 Leimert Park home for 61 years, which she lovingly maintained. It was a difficult and emotional decision, but we knew we needed to sell the house and pay it forward for a new family to enjoy, just like was done for Mom and her two kids in 1964. Choosing the right realtor was a no-brainer. We have known Scott for many years, both as a pillar of the community, a friend, and a very professional and successful realtor. He did not hesitate to take on the task, even though it was a ways out of our immediate area of Porter Ranch. We had never sold a house before, but Scotts real estate experience, vast knowledge, marketing skills and compassion put us at ease and helped us to trust the process. He worked with us to establish a fair and reasonable selling price and determine what we needed to do to the house to get top dollar. The Concierge Program through Park Regency Realty enabled us to remodel the house without the pain of paying the costs upfront. Scott has an awesome team, including a wonderful contractor that worked his magic to beautifully update and upgrade the house while respecting its charming 1938 character. This was all done within our set budget and in an efficient timeframe to get the house on the market. Words alone cannot express our gratitude to Scott and his entire team for giving us this piece of mind. We would recommend Scott to anyone looking for the right realtor, and would definitely work with him again if the opportunity ever arises.
