We had an amazing experience working with Scott Harris. He is knowledgeable, informative, attentive, responsive, connected, and passionate about seeing people choose the right home for their needs. We gave him so many difficult tasks. We wanted the perfect house, we wanted it fast, and we wanted it at a good price. Scott quickly showed us a huge amount of inventory, presenting a variety of homes within our price range. When we had questions, he immediately contacted the selling agent during the walkthroughs to obtain reliable information. He knows the market. He knows houses. And he takes the time to know his clients. Not only did Scott get us the house we wanted at a great price, he also negotiated impressive extras with the sellers. We rolled into town on November 1 and had to stay at a cheap motel that allowed pets. We were tired. We were cranky. We were opinionated. We were impatient. We were mislead by another agent. But within three weeks--thanks to Scott and his ability to deftly juggle title, inspection, and negotiations--we moved into our new home with a clear understanding of all her amazing flaws and qualities. I have purchased 4 homes in my lifetime. Each time I've been fortunate to have excellent representation. So I had very high expectations. Scott exceeded them. He was the best of an excellent bunch! And he has made himself accessible after closing, promptly giving us referrals and recommendations to local businesses.
