ZillowVERIFIED Scott is a Pro's pro. I found him through Zillow and he proved himself almost immediately by jumping head first into our house search. I was relocating from Los Angeles, CA to Irving, TX so it was paramount the realtor I worked with knew the area and was well versed in property values. When you're buying a home that's over half a million, it isn't just going to be where you live - it's going to be an investment. Needless to say, Scott crushed it. He showed me more than 5 houses a day. Some I picked out - others he picked out. He warned me of things to watch out for in certain houses we looked at that I would have otherwise missed. Things that would have been costly. Eventually he found me my dream house and we got it for UNDER asking! Not easy to do in this market. If you wanna waist time and be dazzled by some fancy realtor in a Maserati who has back door deals in place with housing developers, go to the other guy. Do you want one heck of a house at an unbelievable price? Go to Scott. He gets it done and walks with you all the way through signing.

ZillowVERIFIED We are not originally from the DFW area but after renting for 3 years we had decided that it was time to buy our first house. We began our search with an inexperienced realtor and things did not go well. It was a very disheartening experience and after the first weekend we questioned whether it was really the right time to buy a house. We reevaluated and called Scott Greenberg who had been referred to us by a friend. The first meeting with Scott he took us into his office and he went into detail exactly how we were going to find a house and what it would take in the Dallas market to get a house. At the end of the meeting Scott said if you want a house we will find you a house. We met with Scott every Saturday morning for a month or so looking at homes. Every Saturday Scott would have the printouts with the details of each house we were going to be looking at. He was very knowledgeable in terms of what the house was lacking, resale value, neighborhood makeup, etc. When the time came to put in an offer Scott sat down and went through the offer with us so that we understood what all it entailed. Eventually we were able to find the right house for us at a price that we really did not think we were going to be able to find. Without Scott Greenberg I really do not think that we would have been able to find and close on a house in this market. If you want a home in DFW, Scott is the realtor to call.

He even got me a lot more house that I was expecting, when I wanted to give up he encouraged me to push into the house I wanted and got it done when I didn't think it was possible. We hit a few bumps towards the end that had nothing to do with him but he was still there 100% of the time to make sure we got everything handled and completed. We met and Scott presented the current real estate market values of homes in my area as compared to the square footage of my home. He presented a potential listing value based on the current market value. When I was ready to finally ready to sell, Scott provided some recommendations with staging the home. Scott coordinated with a great photographer to take pictures. My home was advertised early in the morning on the agreed upon date. That first day it was listed, there were over 20 showings.The house sold was sold in 3 days. Scott's tremendous knowledge of the Dallas/Ft. Worth real estate market was instrumental with the successful sale of my home. Scott's plan of attack from start to finish was second to none. ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Scott in the Spring of 2012 to both sell and buy our homes, and we could not have been happier with the process. We sold our home very quickly, which was great, but unfortunately we were working with a very difficult buyer. Scott made the process as painless and easy as possible given all of the hurdles. The person who purchased our house did not return phone calls to us or her own Realtor, so our closing date was repeatedly pushed back. This lady went as far on our closing date to try to hold up the process to collect an additional $1,000. Scott offered to take the hit from his commission so that we could move forward on selling our house and closing on our new home. It was very generous, and he ended up recouping the money from the buyer. We purchased a brand new spec home, so the buying process was very seamless and there were few negotiations that needed to take place. We interviewed several Realtors before choosing Scott, and I do not think that any of them could have sold our house as quickly or with as much professionalism and skill as Scott. We will definitely use him again in the future, and I highly recommend him to any who asks.
