ZillowVERIFIEDWe had the pleasure of working with Scott, our realtor extraordinaire, this past June 2018. We sold our old home, and closed escrow on our new one just a few days (or less) apart! We met Scott while we were checking out open houses near our old home in Murrieta. He was very approachable, professional, and still has a good sense of humor! He did not disappoint and immediately sent us the analysis he promised of our home. We appreciate that he was never pushy nor pressured us to work with him to be our agent to sell our home and buy a new one. He was also there for us, no matter what question we had, quick to respond via text or email...EVERY TIME! Even when we hit a snag with the seller, he was very open with us and gave us all our options with different scenarios. He didn't leave us in the dark at any point in both transactions. Scott was a fast worker! Immediately after saying, "yes, list our home!", we only had two (maybe three) days to clean our home and put everything under counters or in the garage, for professional photos and video (with drone aerial shots)...and an open house that weekend! Whew! All of it paid off because we got 2 (above asking) offers. We were so amazed! We wouldn't hesitate to give his name to family, friends and co-workers, based on the great experience we had working with him. He took out (majority) of the stress from selling AND buying. We'd work with him again, if the need arises, in a heartbeat!!!
