He is trustworthy, reliable and responsive. He is not pushy at all and never tried to upsell me but kept me well informed in this crazy competitive "post-COVID" market. He took the time to show me many different neighborhoods and homes until I could narrow down the specific neighborhoods and size/age homes I wanted. Personally, I worked with Scott Gold as a 1st time home buyer for roughly 8 months - putting in over 15 offers (mostly due to myself looking for a deal) before landing the perfect home for myself in a competitive multi-offer situation at a great price. Scott is the consummate professional, who worked entirely within my schedule (nights and weekends) to see every home that I noticed thru his emails to my specific criteria; and was always available at a moments notice without handing myself off to an assistant or associate. Secondly, being a first time buyer, I honestly didn't have much experience with finding a home inspector, lender, pest inspector, etc. and Scott provided a list of recommendations. so I could do my due diligence, without ever pushing myself to pick one of them. Personally, I would recommend Scott Gold to anyone looking for a home in the Reno/Sparks market, as he has the experience necessary in this competitive market to get the job done.

Very accommodating when we wanted to look at a home and quick response in getting comps and knowing whether or not listing price was spot on or inflated. He knows his business which put us at ease since we didn't have much knowledge in this area. We didn't have the easiest of escrows and he was on top of all of it and kept us in the loop at all times. That's where Scott Gold came in and made it so much easier.We didn't want somebody who might try to influence our decision by saying things like "this is the perfect home for you!" or "this is a dream home." We wanted an agent who would show us comparable homes, tell us why they were priced the way they were, who made sure they showed us a large variety of homes and let US decide if it was the best for us or not.
