Review Mr. Gold has been extremely helpful looking for a home for my daughter. He always met us on time at the potential homes, providing us with numerous listings prior to a visit.. He is very familiar with the area, and the local real estate market.Sadly, purchasing a home for my daughter did not happen, due to her serious illness, and I asked Mr. Gold to assist me with selling her home..It was due to his thorough research, and professional knowledge, his kindness toward our family, while our family was experiencing this tragedy,that I wanted to continue to use his service. He stayed in touch with me, offering support via emails and calls. Review This is our 2nd home sale that we have used Scott to represent us. Due to all of the Covid-19 uncertainty surrounding our home sale, Scott really had his hands full with the various new rules and regulations being created almost daily. He was on top of all the requirements. We listed our home and within the 1st hour already had appointments for showings. The first appointment resulted in an offer. It fell through, and another offer (above asking price) came within a week, heck while in escrow Scott even had a backup offer waiting in the wings. Scott is a no bull agent that gets the job done, he has experience and tenacity. If you want to sell your home without all the games, then you need to remember "Scott Gold Gets It Sold!"

Review Scott Gold made the home buying process simple (as simple as it could be).Home buying is stressful during normal times. This was during Covid-19. Scott did all the leg work and paperwork so we could tour the houses. Worked with scheduling viewings around our schedule. Scott was great at getting the best deal. Very knowledgeable about the areas. All I knew was where I was working, Scott provided the rest. Scott Gold is top notch in area and market place knowledge. Gets the best deals, works every angle. Best of all Scott is honest and trustworthy. That is hard to find any more.

Review Scott Gold really does get it sold! Before putting our home on the market, my wife and I interviewed six realtors to get a feel for who would be the best fit for us. Scott stood out from the crowd. Scott explained that "pricing the house right" was the key to a quick sale at a fair price. Scott advised us to make a few improvements which we did. But Scott's excellent service did not end there. On one busy week-end, one of the many buyer's realtors showing the house left a sliding patio door open. We were notified of this by a neighbor. As we were out of town that week-end, we called Scott who drove out at night and secured our house. Scott always kept us advised of all developments and promptly returned every call. You can't do better than Scott Gold!

Review I moved out to SoCal from Wisconsin so I was clueless with the area. Scott was very knowledge about with the areas that I wanted to look at. Our first house that we escrow with didn't work out due to builder issues. Our whole house buying process took 6 months from start to end. There was no pressure to take the highest sales price from a potential buyer as he understood our position to take a bid from what we felt was the strongest potential buyer financially to eliminate any last minute deposit/mortgage/closing issues since we were relocating out of state closing on our California less than ten days to the closing of our new home.
