Scott was amazing. This was a challenging experience for us as my mom passed and we had to sell her house. Scott helped us each step of the way and was able to find us help to get the house ready for sale. He suggested a plan to market the house that made sense. Everything went smoothly and the house sold and closed quickly and without any problems. Highly recommend. Communication was spot on and frequent.

The Friedl team is just downright Amazing! From the constant communication by phone or text, to the weekly Wednesday email updates on where we are in the process. Also the network of handyman, cleaning personnel and even the use of their own dump trailer. This team is there for you with a solution to all your problems and answers to all your questions !
