We were extremely fortunate to have Scotts services, as we were located out of town and had to sell a family property that was badly in need of repairs. Scott was extremely adept at helping us prepare the property for sale, and navigating the services needed, and was so patient and good-natured at the same time. It was a challenging situation made easier by working with him. He is extremely easy to work with, professional, and we were all grateful for his advice and experience. The property sold quickly with multiple offers, when we didnt think anyone would be willing to buy it given the age and amount of work needed. I found myself in the difficult situation of trying to prepare and sell a Trust property located in rural Pennsylvania from over 500 miles away. my wife and i started looking for a bucks co property 14 months ago. as luck would have it, scott was the selling agent at the v first property we had decided to look at. we had did not have a buyers agent and took to scott's easy going style immediately, and decided to work with him from that day forward. unlike other agents, there were no papers to sign upfront, no real talk of commitments, as scott was clear that he wanted us to go down the road a bit to make sure we felt this was a good fit. scott instantly became someone whose co we enjoyed, and us being v green about many aspects of switching to a suburban or country home, he patiently walked us through every single detail. coming from a city-water-sewer bkgd, i think he explained septic systems, in detail to me at least 3 times. there was so much to learn. when we finally found the right home and offered asking, a few bank & property issues popped up that scott navigated brilliantly, to the pt that he unbeknownst to us, asked for a sizable reduction in final cost - that cut into his final commission. but that is the type of person scott is .. he's after fair, not the final dollar. one last important thing - every text, every phonemail, every email, all were answered extremely quickly. we are so glad we met him, he's what i call *good people*, the real deal; and they are not easy to come by.
