ZillowVERIFIED We hired Scott after careful selection of the reviews here and after interviewing several other realtors and it turned out he really was the perfect choice. We were first-time sellers and needed to sell the house quickly before our move abroad and he took care of everything (also after we already left which was just before the closing). We knew immediately after we met him the first time that he was the one we could trust, sometimes a rare commodity in this business, as he really listened to us and worked with us as a team. He was extremely patient (this was our first sale so we had lots of questions), very polite and friendly, and always respectful of our values and ideas. As we had no experience in selling a house this relationship of trust was crucial as we could rely on him for excellent advice regarding decisions to be made (whether on list price, counteroffer or otherwise). Furthermore, no matter what time we contacted him, he always responded quickly.You'll notice that many of the houses he's sold were sold for a price very close to the listing price. This is because he has a very keen sense of the value of your house.Another plus: He has excellent negotiation skills and has built up a good relationship with many other realtors in the area.In addition, he has a very keen eye for detail and you can trust him to take care of everything (a lot of things are handled by him behind the scenes on his own initiative so that the process runs smoothly).He is absolutely not pushy, for instance when it comes to selecting contractors to do repairs requested by the buyers, but if you ask for advice he always has good suggestions. There is nothing you can't ask his advice on. We strongly recommend Scott without any reservations (and we already did to our friends). If you also want to have a positive experience and would like to sell your house with the least amount of personal stress (and for a good price :), Scott is your best choice.We certainly couldn't have done this without him.
