We chose Scott because of his knowledge of the neighborhood and his excellent marketing plan. At his suggestion, we also opted to stage our home, because we had already moved out. Much to our delight and relief, we were under contract in 18 days! Scott was so helpful in explaining all about the country club situation to potential buyers, many of whom had mis-information. And the staging proved to be invaluable in helping to visualize how our home could be furnished. There were several nervous moments during the process of getting to closing, and Scott patiently listened and helped us navigate the delays. We would definitely recommend Scott.
