Throughout the whole process he was professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the transaction. As difficult as it was emotionally, he made everything as smooth and seamless as possible. I am somewhat biased as his father but you wont go wrong using his to buy or sell a house. Originally I was set on just looking for our house myself and didnt feel like I needed any help from a realtor. But after not getting anywhere in this market, Brendan offered to help us. After only about a month of working with Brendan we had an offer accepted for our first house. Now, I am writing this review while sitting in the kitchen of my first home. Ive known Brendan all of my life, and when he sets his mind to something, he makes great things happen. When he started as an agent, his motivation with this job has been through the roof. My fiancA(C) and I were just about to take a step back from searching for a house when Brendan reached out to me one day with a listing and asked if Id be interested. Turns out it was going to be our first home. Brendan is responsive, hes smart, and has a great personality; which goes a long way in a market where it is nothing but stress. This review is bot indicative of knowing Brendan for as long as I have, because if I didnt think he did an amazing job, I would not recommend him. If good personality and hard work doesnt draw you in when picking an agent, then the fact that Brendan was able to negotiate into us getting our first home for almost $50k UNDER asking definitely should. Buying my first home was stress free and enjoyable, in part because Brendan worked as hard as he did to walk me through every step and be in constant communication. Whether youre buying or selling, you would be making a grave mistake not choosing Brendan to be your agent.
