ZillowVERIFIED I don't know where to begin! Scott has assisted my wife and I, and even my mother on multiple occasions. As we speak, Scott is working with both me and my mother on 2 separate sales and purchases . 4 transactions all together. The peak of activity has come while Scott and his family are on vacation out of state. But this has not slowed him or hindered our experience. While on vacation at an amusement park, Scott facilitated multiple viewings of our home and obtained a ratified contract for the house, AMAZING!! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.....on the same day, during the same vacation, Scott also obtained a sales contract on the sale of my mother's house (he already assisted with the purchase of her new home, to close next week). And wait for it.... will you believe this... We just received a ratified contract on the home that my wife and I are purchasing!! This ALL occurred in one day, while Scott was on vacation, at an amusement park, with his family!!! He helped us find our first home in 2014, and when it was time for our growing family to find more space, he helped us both find our current home AND sell our first home. There is no realtor in Charleston who knows this area better than Scott. He's born and raised here and has been in the real estate business his entire career. Scott brings an incredible amount of credibility to his work -- every piece of advice or guidance he offers is based on firsthand experience and knowledge, and that goes a long way for the client. Our circumstance was unusual in that we searched for the perfect home for almost two years in a highly volatile housing market. Scott never gave up on us -- he was always the first to send us a new (or soon-to-be) listing that met our needs, and he always made the time to show us homes. If there was ever a showing he couldn't make happen quickly, his team was there to support him and show us the home. From a selling perspective, when we had repairs needing to be made, Scott knew who to call and he always took the initiative to schedule the repair work for us. We had never sold a home, and this was a new experience, but Scott made it all so simple. I can't say enough good things about Scott. You absolutely cannot go wrong working with him.

An ultimate professional, Mia went truly above and beyond in helping us find our second home in the Charleston area. We live in Virginia, and all communication was done online and over the phone. On request, she would go to each location and make a video to send to us. Even though we were pre-approved, properties would get snatched up before we could make an offer.
