I don't know where to begin! Scott has assisted my wife and I, and even my mother on multiple occasions. As we speak, Scott is working with both me and my mother on 2 separate sales and purchases . 4 transactions all together. The peak of activity has come while Scott and his family are on vacation out of state. But this has not slowed him or hindered our experience. While on vacation at an amusement park, Scott facilitated multiple viewings of our home and obtained a ratified contract for the house, AMAZING!! BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE.....on the same day, during the same vacation, Scott also obtained a sales contract on the sale of my mother's house (he already assisted with the purchase of her new home, to close next week). And wait for it.... will you believe this... We just received a ratified contract on the home that my wife and I are purchasing!! This ALL occurred in one day, while Scott was on vacation, at an amusement park, with his family!!! I want to give a huge shout out to his wife, baby, and family for allowing him to help us make our dreams come true!!! This is why I keep going back to Scott whenever we have real estate needs or questions. No one better in the Low Country!!! Thanks again Scott!!! (closing date to come)
