ZillowVERIFIED If youre looking for a realtor who is trustworthy, experienced, respectable, hardworking, personable and dependable, Mark Lee is your guy! In the past, my husband and I have only worked with realtors who we were referred to by friends or family. However, when a property we were interested in seeing became available on Zillow, it was over 2 hours away from our home, and we did not have a relationship with anyone in that area. So I submitted an online request to view the property and within an hour, Mark Lee from Bahnub Realty contacted me. He was friendly, easy to talk to and asked great questions. We were able to quickly scheduled a date to tour the property. Our situation is more complex than the typical home purchase, but Mark has gone above and beyond to make our dream a reality. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and well networked, he has such a positive aEURoeCAN DOaEUR? attitude and thinks completely outside the box when problem solving. He successfully negotiated our contract with the seller and referred us to an awesome lender. Additionally, when our son was hospitalized due to a serious car accident, Mark contacted an inspector for us, coordinated the meeting and showed up when we couldnt be there, so that we wouldnt miss our inspection deadline. Throughout our working relationship, weve developed a friendship with Mark based on trust and respect. Its been a pleasure working with him and we are confident others will feel the same.
