ZillowVERIFIED Scott is a very friendly, professional, easy individual to work with. From the first time I met him, he was easy-going and made me feel comfortable. He took the time to show me some houses even though I did not have my house on the market yet and was moving from out of state. He kept in contact with me during the sale of my house and at one point, had a conversation with my Florida realtor. I never felt like he was pressuring me with any house we looked at. He guided us every step of the way, pointing out concerns we might have missed and advising us on what to follow up on with an inspector. We appreciated that he didnt push a specific inspector but gave us options to choose from. Once the inspection came back, he helped us craft a strong response and negotiated with the seller to address key issues before closing. Like any home-buying journey, there were highs and lows, but Scott was always available, responsive, and ready to guide us, making the process smooth and stress-free.
