ZillowVERIFIED If you are looking to buy, build, or sell: Contact Scott and Ann. I cannot describe how fantastic they are to work with. I bought my first home with Scotts help and could not be happier. He knowledgeable in his field and it shows. He was able to discuss why homes in the 1900s were different than houses now. He was able to point out things that could be a problem that I never wouldve looked for (like there was some cracking in the foundation on a house I was looking at that I didnt notice, but he pointed out). He is extremely responsive and works for his clients: There was a house I really wanted to see, it had gone to market on Friday, I emailed Scott about it Friday night to see if we could fit it in to the houses I was seeing that Saturday, and Scott reached out to the realtor that morning to request a showing before we met up at 9. He ended up having to call multiple times that morning, called later that day, and was able to get a showing after reaching out to the other realtors office. I put an offer on that house that day, and ended up buying that house. Each step of the way he helped with questions, gave me advice on what he had seen over the years, and he would just check in to see how I was during the process. Scott really is there for his clients and thats not something you always see. A month after I bought my house, I got a call from Scott asking how being a homeowner was and if I had any questions he could help with. Scott honestly cares for his clients and it shows with how he handles the people he helps find a home. I am unbelievably happy with the house I bought, but I know if I need to find a new one that I have a team that will help me sell my house and buy my next home.

ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I met Ann Breuer at an open house about 4 years ago before we bought our first house. We absolutely loved her. However, we decided to go with a realtor that my husband had met at work. After we bought our first home we had a very poor experience and were quickly regretting and realized the poor decision we had made! When it came time to sell our first home and buy our second Ann & Scott Breuer were the first people we contacted. It took us almost a full year to find our second home. Never once were Scott or Ann impatient with us or pushy with us to buy a home that really wasnt right for us. I feel that they always had and still have our very best interest in mind. They have always reached out and asked how they can be of service to us. They also provided a home warranty to us while our home was on the market. Our dryer went out during that time and the warranty covered it! With Scotts endless knowledge about homes from his previous building days and Anns incredible marketing and knowledge of selling and negotiating the two make an awesome pair. ZillowVERIFIED Ann and Scott were very nice to work with. They met our expectations and in the end, helped us feel as though we succeeded in both selling our home and buying another. Personally, I wish I had done some additional research on dual agency prior to going through the process because we ended up in a situation where our agent also represented the buyer of our home. I think our agent did a nice job of managing the situation although it was difficult to feel as though they had our ultimate best interests in mind throughout. I dont think this is a reflection of the agent as much as it is about the flawed nature of dual-agency. At the end of the day, it limits you (and your agents) negotiating power. If I could do it all over again (with any agent), Id strike dual agency from our agreement and not allow it.
