ZillowVERIFIED Scot was such an asset during our sale. This was our first sale of a property and we were certainly nervous about the whole procedure. Scot set our minds at ease. We had an offer on the listing within 48 hours of the listing. We had an accepted counteroffer 2 days later. From the day we listed until the day we closed was 20 days. Couldn't have asked for more than that. Scot's commissions were incredible and to my knowledge, unbeatable. Our total commission was $7,110 at 3.95%, saving us nearly $3,700 (over paying a traditional broker 6%). We can't recommend Scot highly enough.

ZillowVERIFIED Scot Hughes of Kandurealy is one of the most friendly and caring agent's I have had the pleasure to work with in the process of searching and buying a home, My wife and I was searching for a rental place in Mandeville La area while we were still living in Phoenix, Arizona. We had made some inquires over the internet with several agents and Scot was right on it, He made contact with us and we informed him that we were moving from Phoenix AZ to Louisiana to buy a home. Well Scot came through and in no time hehad us a rental, Upon arrival Scot was there to meet us at the rental house, after we got settled in we informed Scot that we were ready to search for a home. He asked what we were looking for and came up with a list to look at, All were in the general ballpark of course by just out of knowing what exactly we wanted he found a listing the morning of the big search and just after looking at about five homes we then told us he had just found this listing and he thinks it's what we were searching for.
