When other realtors didn't come through, a happy accident happened. While trying to reach Ponce & Ponce's office I dialed Scot Hamm's number instead. Scot right away stepped in went above and beyond and followed through. He did an amazing job helping me find a home in this crazy market, also he was very professional, positive, and over all very patient dealing with the lengthy process and my loan officer, ooh now that's a different story, KUDOS!.
