ZillowVERIFIED We had a great experience working with our realtor for both buying and selling our property. He has excellent knowledge of the market and was always friendly, patient, and dedicated aEUR" spending days with us to find the right investment home without ever making us feel rushed. He guided us through every step of the process and consistently reminded us what needed to be done next, which made everything smooth and stress-free. When we were ready to sell, we didnt hesitate to ask him to help us again because we truly trusted him. He delivered once more by negotiating a great deal and handling everything professionally from start to finish. There are so many good things we could say about him aEUR" youll have to experience working with him yourself to fully understand. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED What can I say about Kirby that hasn't been said in these reviews, already? He is in the top 1% of agents I worked have worked with on my many Real Estate ventures and I am grateful that I was led to him via Zillow. Kirby is a top notch professional that is lacks commission breathe... instead he has every innate desire to do right by me, the client, and that is an unfortunate rarity in the world of Realtors today. He takes his craft seriously and he takes integrity to new levels in terms of his recommendations for creating wealth in real estate. Grateful for his guidance and look forward to working with him on my next Vegas investment property. Thank you Kirby.

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of having Beth Scofield as my Real Estate Agent in 2020 right in the middle of the pandemic. It was such a difficult time to find not only a home but The Home for a family of 6. Not only are we a large family but wished to be in only a few zip codes for specific schools. Beth quickly arranged for appointments to see homes that met our criteria. However, during this awkward time in the middle of the pandemic, homes were being purchased quickly. Still she continued to work to find the home that matched our needs. She didn't try to talk us into something we didn't wish to have, or show any sign of frustration. Instead she encouraged us to stay in the race. And we did. We found our home and even for a better price. She educated us, followed through on everything, and showed us nothing but respect. Any issue we had, Beth owned until it was solved. And for that I am forever grateful. Thank You Beth

ZillowVERIFIED Mikey has a winning ability to provide exact information that is certain, immediate, and also essential for making quick decisions. With the kinds of opportunities that are available in Nevada and California, it's necessary that an excellent realtor knows what questions, concerns, and also needs are specific to each client in each set of circumstances in dealing with a specific property, or properties. In our experience from the very first, Mikey has been not only accommodating, but his expertise allows for the highest standard of trust from clients. There is no second-guessing with Mikey's presentation of priority properties; he is thorough and understands the territory that he works in. With his involvement, on behalf of the excellent company Scofield Realty, clients know exactly what to do, buying or selling; I am clear on his strengths in both, due to extensive communication and conversation about all aspects of realty. All of us involved with the sale, from escrow to the various parties involved were impressed by his excellence and command of every situation. Through his leadership, he always prioritizes client concerns, issues, and needs. I cannot recommend this King of Cool enough!! Mikey Del Rosario demonstrates that with his years of expertise, hard-won knowledge gained through careful observation and also study, Mikey provides for the best partner you can have in your residential realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED Being on a home search we knew what type of home we wanted we just werent sure of the financing process. We then met Youseff from scofield realtors. He is very knowledgeable and a great person which really helped remove some of the stress and made it such an easy process. We went with all his recommendations and took every advice he offered! We went with the lender and home inspectors that he recommended and it was a very smooth process. We had made a few offers with him that didnt get accepted but his positive attitude got us a home within two weeks! We highly recommend Youseff to anyone who is in search for a new home. He will learn what type of home you are looking for and he will drop everything for you to move forward with any home that catches your interest. Hes a highly motivated realtor who will make sure you are happy with your new buy!

ZillowVERIFIED The home buying process is definitely stressful but Youseff was able to make everything seem like a breeze. He was able to realize how much I need a realtor who is able to handle all my questions and concerns, especially since I was trying to buy a home in Nevada, but I was out of state. He answered all of them, even when my questions were in the early AM hours. He is so dedicated to his work and his clients. He made me feel like I was the most important client EVER. I bombarded his phone with so many homes from Zillow, but he looked up each one for me to see if they were available for a virtual tour. He jumped on every opportunity to look at a house, he helped me make offers I was comfortable with and I was able to find a home in about 10 days! My mind was blown! And even now, he continues to update me on every step. I feel grateful for Zillow and Scofield Reality for putting me in touch with such an amazing realtor. I feel confident with my home being in his hands. Thank you so much, from the bottom of my heart. If you want the BEST realtor, Youseff is the one and only.

ZillowVERIFIED I was able to purchase my first home through my realtor Gustavo Lopez who works for Scofield Realty. He gave me a list of houses to check out, I selected one, he contacted the owner/realtor, and within a couple of hours I had a bid placed on the house. Within the next day or two, my offer was accepted. Within about a month I was moved in to my new home. I was extremely picky with the type of house I wanted. Not only did he find me a home immediately, but I was moved in rather quickly as well. I had a ton of questions throughout the whole process, and Gustavo answered them thoroughly without hesitation. He was there every step of the way. He came along with me to each inspection that was scheduled, and gave me his input. Im glad he was there, because he asked necessary questions that I would have never thought of, which would help greatly in the long run. He even caught quite a few poorly reconstructed areas of the house that were overlooked and aEURoerepairedaEUR? in the previous owners Inspection report. He brought these issues up to the prior owner and they hired new contractors to redo electrical outlets, patches, bathroom fixtures, pest control, etc. Gustavo even recommended a different home inspector who was extremely thorough and caught even more issues with the house. Ultimately Gustavo saved me a ton of money, and time that I would have had to spend fixing these poorly repaired jobs myself. His knowledge in construction, electrical maintenance, general house maintenance, inspections, and realty helped greatly. I felt very confident with the purchase of my house, because of his knowledge and guidance. I would highly recommend Gustavo Lopez to anyone looking to purchase a home. He offered advice on how I can save money and prevent unnecessary expenses. He was professional, very thorough, and made this whole process easy and nearly stress free. I look forward to working with him again when I decide to purchase a second home. Thank you Gustavo!
