She knows the business in and out as a realtor, her negotiating ability is amazing. Very informative on everything inside and outside of real estate. She has the golden eye to spot problems concealed by home owners. She tells you this is not a good deal. Oh my favorite line, "I am not paying this amount for this house." Says Sayeeda. And I love when she does that. She goes out in bad weather conditions. She says this is the best time to go out when it is raining because you will find problems in the basement with water leaks. ZillowVERIFIED Sayeeda is very patient agent. She knows the city of Newark very well and was able to show us different areas of Newark as we were coming from out of state. Sayeeda help us to close on our three-family home that had issues with the Certificate of Occupancy. The city had a two-family on file while the owner couldn't find his certificate indicating it was a three family. After Sayeeda and the seller's agent made many calls and visits to city, we finally closed on property! Sayeeda went above and beyond to make this deal happen and her inside knowledge of the City of Newark help tremendously.
