Sawsan did an amazing job for us as out-of-state buyers on our recent home purchase! We started off not quite knowing which neighborhood we wanted to live, or what we wanted in a house, just a rough idea of what we'd like our budget to be. We flew in one weekend and she had arranged a tour of the town, hitting all the available listings that we'd shared with her and a few that she found on her own -- ultimately visiting north of 13-15 properties in one day! She has been patient, responsive, and very savvy for the last few months while we've been actively searching and ultimately purchasing a property. She was always reachable by phone, text, or email. As out-of-state buyers, we couldn't fly over for every house we wanted to see so she was instrumental in doing video walkthroughs for us on homes we were interested in seeing. When we were in town, she made sure we were taken care of. She did a ton of behind-the-scenes work the whole time from finding "coming to market" properties, extracting helpful information from the listing agents, negotiating w/seller's agent during the offer negotiation process, finding us a mortgage lender, insurance broker, and more. She even negotiated on our behalf w/the escrow company to help bring their fees down to market rate on her own initiative. Now as we move to the next phase of getting our home ready for our move, she's still helping with the post-closing touch-up appointments, utilities and internet setup, etc. Basically Sawsan went above and beyond and we really felt like she looked out for our interests the whole time. Moving across the country is a really big decision with an uncertain outcome but Sawsan has made what could have been a long and stressful process that much easier for us. We would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase in the Irvine, CA or Orange County area to give Sawsan a call. You'll be in good hands.
