ZillowVERIFIED Savannah is by far the BEST realtor. I was on the app. At 7:00am searching for homes. I requested more info. And assumed it was a message from an automated system. Nope, it was Savannah at 7:00am. After speaking with her and reading her reviews, I decided give her a chance. I was moving from out of state, so she showed me the properties via FaceTime. She was very honest about the properties, and gave me all the necessary information I needed to make a decision. My first offer was accepted, and Savannah referred me to a great lender. I closed on the house within 30 days. As a first time home owner, I couldnt have wished for a better experience. I have already recommended her to a couple of friends.

ZillowVERIFIED Finding a rental when moving from out of state can be challenging, doing so during a pandemic can be overwhelming. Savannah took her time to discuss the various neighborhoods and then FaceTimed with us through multiple homes. She then went back through to take videos to help make it easier to remember the individual properties. While far from ideal conditions, I thought the process was incredibly smooth and will be using her again when we are ready to buy in the area.
