Savannah Mello was Born in Atlanta, Georgia. Growing up, Savannah spent every summer in Chattanooga. These summers instilled a lifelong love of the city's charm and natural beauty. She had always dreamed of enjoying the best of what Chattanooga has to offer, year-round. Now, she is proud to call herself a permanent Chattanoogan, and help others reach the same goal. Savannah started her real estate career in 2018 in Minnesota, where she met her wonderful husband. She is humbled to have assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers with their real estate goals and reached over $30,000,000 in sales there. She carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service into everything she does. Now, a Real Estate Broker, Savannah is a strong believer in the Chattanooga market, owning several investment properties in the area. She is passionate about educating her clients on the many possible advantages of homeownership.
