It took us almost 2 years to find (and get) a house. We worked with Samantha Rubin for over a year, and only when we went with her things got better. We met with dozens of Realtors, most of them will be very happy to be your agent, but all they do is add you to their automated email software and thats it. Sam clearly stood out from the crowd. She met with us to understand exactly what we were looking for. All the listings she told us to go see matched all our criteria, either because she personally went there to check them before or someone from the Saritte team did. We stopped wasting our time going to useless open houses as soon as we started working with her. She is playing the long game in this competitive market. She is not pushy but at the same time will steer you towards achieving your goals. Once we got an offer accepted (which she helped us craft to perfection), everything went very smoothly - despite a long closing requested by the seller.
