ZillowVERIFIEDThe fact that we successfully closed on our prior home and moved into our new one on time is nothing short of a miracle. Massive credit goes to our unbelievable realtor and lending team (Sarina & Jordan) who somehow managed to keep cool, professional, and endlessly capable while the universe threw an astonishing series of hurdles our way. Through every single plot twist, false claim, and unexpected expense, they were absolute rockstars. They advocated for us fiercely, solved problems before we could even process them, and somehow turned what should have been an impossible trainwreck into two successful closings. If you want a team that can handle standard paperwork, hire anyone. If you want a team that can single-handedly navigate rogue township code enforcement officers, appraiser plot twists, last minute lender drop outs, and surprise HOAs, all while keeping you saneaEUR"these are your people.

ZillowVERIFIED The absolute best in the business. She made a difficult and stressful process fun and exciting. Sarina listened to what we needed and helped us separated what was a need and what was a want to ensure we were always staying on course. We had a difficult situation and she never made it seem like a challenge or an issue. I never thought this would have been possible in the timeframe it took but when you work with the best you get the best results.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarina was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. We are first time home buyers. From showings on houses that fell through, or werent a good fit, to the one we finally arrived on, she maintained a positive, helpful, and upbeat attitude the entire way. Once we found the one, she helped us to put together an enticing offer, and get us to the finish line. Never had to worry about not hearing back on any questions we had. Would 1000% recommend Sarina to anyone, and thank you for helping us find our home!

ZillowVERIFIED We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Sarina. After putting in two offers with a previous realtor and feeling so discouraged, we decided to make a switch aEUR" and that was the best decision we could have made. As soon as we started working with Sarina, everything changed. Our very first offer with her was accepted! She was knowledgeable, responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about us finding the right home aEUR" not just any home. She guided us through every step, answered every question (and we had a lot ??), and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and exciting. If youre even thinking about buying or selling, Sarina is your girl. We are forever grateful for her and couldnt have asked for a better experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarina leveraged her real estate knowledge and negotiating skills to effectively orchestrate our unique duplex purchase. Ms. Spinelli went the extra mile(s) to show us multiple properties in different markets until we discovered a multifamily building that met our needs. Sarina helped negotiate favorable terms with the seller, especially by working on our behalf to have repairs completed and tenant relationships affirmed prior to closing. Furthermore, Sarina and her lender connection successfully guided us during an unorthodox financing structure. We would be more than happy to work with Ms. Spinelli again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED With the market being so stressful now whether your buying or looking to rent, Sarina was my saving grace through it all. The market has not been the same since 2020. Sarina was patient, didn't ever leave me waiting for information and no matter how many times I had her come out to do a walk through and tell her it's not for me she didn't once stop searching for me. I would of not found the perfect rental for me and my family if it wasn't for her. Make your next home buying journey a stress free one by allowing Sarina to find exactly what you are looking for at the price you need. I can't wait to work with her on buying my first home.

ZillowVERIFIED i had a terrible experience. shes very rude, does not know how to speak with her clients. Shes Only in it for her commission and its very unfortunate because i really liked her in the beginning and i am a realtor myself and i hired her to sell my home instead of someone off my own team i am incredibly hurt about how i was treated and spoken to!

ZillowVERIFIED Sarina was great to work with! We had a realtor prior that we did not see eye to eye with and she made sure to be by our side every step of the way. She showed us any house we wanted to see and we shopped around for a long time to find a home that fit our needs. When we found the home we wanted, she made sure to make an offer for us that the seller couldnt refuse! There were 13 offers on our house and we got the house! Sarina and her husband also personally took all the paint and stain that was left behind by the sellers. I know I can ask her any question and she will try her best to help! Her communication was key, which we didnt have in our realtor prior. Lastly, we were taking a break for looking at homes and she happened to send over 3 great options and thats when we needed to see the house we are in now. If it wasnt for Sarina, we would still be renting.

ZillowVERIFIED 18 months ago I bought my first home with the help of Sarina. At the time, I was very adamant about a move-in ready house that was just big enough for my cats and I. She hit the nail on the head with that one! Fast forward and add another cat, a puppy and a boyfriend into the mix- it was time to sell and get something bigger. I was able to work again with Sarina to sell the house she helped me buy. She walked me through the process and made it very smooth. She did an amazing job and was able to get me over asking price!! But, buying a house again in todays market can be very scary especially when my boyfriend had never done it before. Sarina got to know us and took the time to make us feel like our opinions and questions mattered. She helped advise on how to submit a smart & strong offer that ultimately paid off. Sarina helped us get our DREAM home. It still doesnt feel real!!! Thanks again for all the help, I'm so glad I met you!

ZillowVERIFIED I would recommend Sarina, the house she sold was a difficult situation between parties and lawyers and getting paperwork signed. She was patient and kept me informed of all the information right away. 2 days before closing one party was not going to sign and she played mediator to make the sale happen and sell the house.

ZillowVERIFIED Sarina was handsdown the most professional and amazing realtor I could have ever asked for. She has a clear passion for real estate and does not just make it her job but she tries to understand her clients wishes and desires and make it all happen. Sarina was amazing from finding the right home for me, the negotiations, the followup, the closing and all.
